“ Don't this little place fool you. Came here looking for traditional Chinese food. Not Panda Express stuff. Ordered Broccoli Beef from the combo plate specials. Absolute perfection. Also got some crab cheese wantons (crab puffs). Will certainly return to try out some other Chinese fare. ”
“ I like Chens quite a bit for the most part. Always fresh, hot, big portions, and more flavorfull than any of the other chinese in hermiston. Best hot and sour soup and traditional favs are a step bove average. 1 star omitted for late eve. When i usually am grabbing to go, sometimes the sweet+sour pork and chicken are half fresh, and half either cooked way earlier and flash fried for heat(super dry), orbeen under heat lamps to the same effect. So i guess order earlier and you'll be good to go. Nice staff if you're cool with them. ”

The Kung pao chicken is good (I added their home made chili sauce). The waitress was right that you need to like cooked zucchini because there is quite a bit. Great flavor, prompt and friendly service! ”
